Select Artist information is made public via the Member Artists pages. 

Additional Artist and Associate Member information is available to Members-only when signed into the website, to encourage interaction between artists, and is used to contact and connect with members for guild activities.

Member lists and information are not otherwise sold or given out to non-members or organizations.

Welcome to Madison Art Guild Website (the “Guild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), including any services, tools, forums, content, and features offered through it.

By submitting User Content:

• You retain ownership of your work.

• You grant the Guild a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your content on the Site and in connection with Guild activities (with attribution).

• You represent that you own or have the rights to use the content you submit.

The Guild reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

3. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism.

• Not post or promote harmful, illegal, infringing, or offensive content.

• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abuse.

Violations may result in suspension or banning from the Site or Guild.

The Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and do not endorse them.

4. Termination
