Biography
I have always been captivated by and a collector of old printed media, mainly mid-century comic books and magazines. This strong inspiration is reflected in my interdisciplinary portfolio of printmaking, featuring bold colors, halftones, found images, alternative photo developing processes, and distressed textural effects. I choose to work in the medium of print to connect with the past, as well as with my inner-child as the world becomes less dependent on the printed media I love. For me, my work invokes a sentimental feeling of innocence and as well as mystery.
